    It is a legacy carried forward by the Amin siblings: Insha, Asil, and Amaad

    Born into a family that has served authentic Mughlai and North Indian cuisine since 1929, the three siblings represent a new generation committed to preserving their heritage while expanding its reach across borders.

    Each of them followed their own path in education, business, and hospitality. Life eventually brought them together with a shared purpose which was to honour their late father's dream of taking Aminia beyond India and into the hearts of people around the world. His passion for food, tradition, and community remains the foundation of their work. After his passing, the bond between the siblings grew even stronger as they found purpose in their shared memories and cultural roots.

    Their mother has been a constant source of strength and encouragement. Her unwavering support has kept them grounded, reminding them of the values their father lived by: integrity, humility, and hard work. With her belief in them, the siblings found the courage to rebuild, reimagine, and relaunch Aminia with love and pride.

    Together, Insha, Asil, and Amaad are celebrating their family's rich culinary heritage. They remain true to age-old recipes, bring the warmth of traditional hospitality to every guest, and tell the story of Aminia with heart.     This photograph shows siblings Insha, Asil, and Amaad, the Amins of Aminia, shortly after the opening of the first international branch of Aminia Restaurant in Dubai Production City. Following an intense period of setup and preparation, the family came together to celebrate the successful launch of the restaurant, marking an important milestone in the expansion of Aminia beyond Kolkata.

    The Amins of Aminia regularly travel between Dubai and Kolkata to oversee and manage both operations. They strongly believe in being active, hands-on owners in the hospitality business, staying closely involved in daily functioning and long-term growth. Each sibling brings a specialised role and expertise, working together to lead the brand forward while maintaining its heritage and standards.
