Chef Amaad Featured with MenAthon Dubai
Community, Resilience & The Journey Behind Aminia Dubai. Chef Amaad Amin was recently featured in collaboration with MenAthon, a growing men’s fitness and wellness community based in Dubai focused on physical health, mental resilience, discipline, and accountability.
Founded to create a safe and supportive environment for men through fitness, community workouts, and personal development, MenAthon has quickly built a strong following across Dubai. Through early morning training sessions, group runs, wellness events, and motivational content, the community encourages men to prioritise both their physical and mental wellbeing while supporting one another through life’s challenges.
The feature explored the connection between endurance, entrepreneurship, and the demanding journey of building Aminia Dubai while balancing life inside and outside the kitchen.
Filmed during MenAthon’s Sunday 5am workout session and later at Aminia Restaurant in Dubai Production City, the collaboration also gave an early look into Aminia’s first chef’s table experience — Table 1929 — showcasing dishes personally created by Chef Amaad using local UAE produce blended with the signature flavours and heritage of Aminia Since 1929.

Watch my recent collaboration with MenAthon, a sports community in Dubai I am part of. After filming me on our Sunday 5am workout, I was filmed at Aminia Restaurant during our first Chefs Table called “Table 1929” showcasing all my own dishes, using local UAE produce mixed with Aminia flavours.
