Asil Amin is the Managing Director of Aminia Restaurants and a fourth-generation leader of the iconic family-run brand. Since stepping into the role, he has been instrumental in steering the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the group, which now spans multiple outlets across Kolkata. With a team of over 150 employees under his leadership, Asil has introduced modern systems in marketing, customer experience, financial planning, and expansion—ensuring that Aminia continues to evolve while preserving its rich legacy.
Asil holds an MBA in Hospitality Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris and a First-Class Honours degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Essex. He brings global insight, operational excellence, and a deep-rooted passion for hospitality to his work, shaping the future of Aminia with a balance of innovation and tradition.
